We are proud to share with everyone that our own Carmel Wrestling sophomore, Michael Major, has been named one of the Hamilton County Reporters 2022-23 Wrestlers of the Year, A remarkable achievement indeed! we would like to take this moment to congratulate Michael on his exceptional performance throughout the season.
Michaels unbeaten record going into the state finals at 138lbs speaks to his hard work and persistence. We are so proud of his championship wins at the Frankfort sectional and North Montgomery regional, as well as his exciting win at the New Castle semi-state. Ultimately culminating in a 5th place finish at the IHSAA State Finals at Gainbridge Fieldhouse!
With the off-season quickly approaching, we are excited to have everyone back in the club to train. We believe that with the right mindset and dedication, our wrestlers will continue to achieve and be recognized for their hard work.
