Introduction from Coach Gutierrez

“I’m from Arvada, Colorado and wrestled at Pomona High School where I won 2 individual state titles and helped secure 2 team state titles. I was a 3X team captain and 2X All-American Honoree. Upon graduating, I wrestled at Eastern Michigan University and took 6th place at the MAC Championship. After my second year, Eastern Michigan cut their wrestling program and I transferred to Kent State University to complete my wrestling career and graduated with a degree in visual communication and design. Currently, I am a marketing coordinator for Century 21

I look forward to helping our student athletes become the best versions of themselves both on and off the mat!”
