Carmel USA Wrestling Dan Nelson Beginners Folkstyle Open Registration/Check-In Instructions - Friday, January 13, 2013

- Weigh each of your wrestlers and enter all information into the CUSAWSatelliteForm Excel spreadsheet. Please enter the information into the spreadsheet and mail the actual spreadsheet, rather than a scanned copy.
- Email your completed CUSAWSatelliteForm to tournament.staff@carmelusawrestling.org before 8:00 pm on Friday, January 11.
- Receive your confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number, please contact us. No one will be entered in the tournament without a confirmation number. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Check in at the tournament no later than 8:30 am with entry fees and completed Tournament Entry Forms for each of your wrestlers. Cash or club check only. No personal checks will be accepted.

Middle and Elementary school Club Registration
Carmel USA Wrestling Club will be hosting registration for middle and elementary school wrestlers on Monday, November 5 and Tuesday, November 6 at Carmel High School. You can attend whichever night is more convenient for you.
What: CUSAWC Middle and Elementary school Registration Nights
When: Monday, 11/5 or Tuesday, 11/6 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Where: Carmel High School - Door 21 (Natatorium Lobby)

- Bring a copy to registration night for processing. You will also need to provide legal identification (birth certificate, passport, ID card) for age verification and payment. We will be accepting cash, check or credit/debit card payments.
WRESTLING for 6th Graders!!
The Carmel High School and all middle school wrestling coaches are excited to offer an introduction to wrestling opportunity for 6th graders across the township.
We will host FREE instruction after school from 3:30 - 4:30 one day each week during the month of September. Each middle school has a designated day.

Four Carmel High School seniors received invitations to wrestle at the ISHAA State Finals in early March. 3 of the 4 won their first round match and placed in the state. Congratulations on great careers!
